Bivouac Urbain 2010
For the second straight year, the digital arts festival Bivouac Urbain will take place in the heart of Saint-Roch, for a three-day whirlwind of creative activity.
From August 5 to 8, 2010, over 200 designers will battle it out in three creative 36-hour marathons, to develop the best video games, 2D/3D animated shorts and concept art.
Also at the festival, members of the public will get to try out the latest technologiesC, developed here in Québec by gaming studios and the new wave of digital artists.
The complete festival program will be available in early July.
Free show – opening night with Misteur Valaire et Midnight Romeo!
Come join the festivities at the opening night of the Bivouac Urbain, presented by Boulevard Toyota, outdoors in the heart of Quebec City! Along with the music of Midnight Romeo and Misteur Valaire, come watch, live, as the theme of the three creative competitions is revealed!

9:30 pm – Unveiling of the theme of the 2010 edition of the Bivouac Urbain
11:00 pm – Official start of the videogame and short film competitions
